Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time with no charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the session fee.
If we need to reschedule due to provider availability, you will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund for that session.
