Refund and Dispute Policy


Refund Policy (Services)

If you cancel a service package before it begins, you may request a refund minus any non-refundable deposits (if applicable).

For individual sessions, refunds are available only if the session is canceled by us or if there is a verified billing error.

If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 7 days of the service date so we can attempt to resolve the issue.


Dispute Resolution

Please contact customer service first so we can resolve concerns quickly.

If a dispute is escalated to a payment provider (Stripe, card issuer, etc.), we will provide documentation of services rendered, scheduling history, and communications.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of service access until the matter is resolved.
