Payment and Billing Policy

What program charges may include

A disclosed program price may bundle clinical consultation services, medication or other pharmacy products, laboratory or diagnostic services, fulfillment, shipping, technology, and non-clinical administrative services.

When charges occur

The timing of charges is displayed during program enrollment or checkout. Depending on the program configuration, payment may be collected when you enroll or submit an order, while clinical approval and pharmacy fulfillment occur afterward.

Declined treatment

If treatment is not approved, the financial outcome depends on which services have already been performed and the specific program terms shown at enrollment. Consultation or clinical-review fees may remain non-refundable even when no prescription is issued.

Recurring billing

Recurring programs are automatically charged at the interval disclosed at enrollment until canceled. Keep your payment method current. Failed payments may interrupt access, follow-up, or fulfillment.

Price changes

Future program pricing may change with notice as required by applicable law and the enrollment terms. A price change does not alter charges already completed.

Merchant descriptor

Transactions may identify MHP Total Wellness as the merchant or billing descriptor, depending on the payment processor and payment method used.
