Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Clinical consultation and review fees
Fees attributable to completed clinical review, consultation, identity verification, or other services already performed are generally non-refundable, including when a provider determines that a prescription is not clinically appropriate.
Medication and pharmacy products
Because prescription products are prepared or dispensed for an individual patient, orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded after a prescription has been approved and transmitted for pharmacy processing, except where required by law or where the pharmacy or fulfillment partner confirms an error, defect, or non-fulfillment.
Before clinical approval
Where your program's billing structure permits cancellation before clinical approval or before pharmacy processing begins, contact customer support immediately. Eligibility for a refund depends on the services already performed and costs already incurred.
Recurring programs
Cancellation stops future renewals when submitted before the next billing date and according to the cancellation procedure presented during enrollment. It does not automatically refund the current billing period or reverse completed clinical, pharmacy, laboratory, shipping, or administrative services.
Shipping issues
Report missing, damaged, incorrect, or materially defective shipments promptly and provide requested documentation. Resolution may involve replacement, pharmacy review, carrier investigation, or another remedy as appropriate.
Chargebacks
Contact customer support before initiating a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
