Non-medical role
MHP Total Wellness is a non-medical business that provides a customer-service interface and administrative access to technology that connects users with independent licensed healthcare providers and participating pharmacies. MHP Total Wellness does not diagnose, practice medicine, prescribe, dispense, or provide clinical care.
No guarantee of treatment
Submitting information, completing an intake, selecting a program, or making a payment does not guarantee a consultation outcome, prescription, medication, or any particular result. Providers exercise independent professional judgment.
Eligibility and truthful information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current identity, location, health, medication, allergy, and payment information. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where the provider is licensed and the service is available.
Patient-provider relationship
A provider-patient relationship is established only as determined by the applicable licensed healthcare provider and applicable law. Browsing this website or communicating with customer support does not create such a relationship.
Prescription fulfillment
Prescription products may be dispensed only by licensed pharmacies after receiving a valid prescription. Pharmacy processing, compounding, dispensing, shipping, and delivery are subject to pharmacy requirements and applicable law.
Payments
You authorize charges disclosed at checkout or during enrollment. Program charges may include clinical consultation services, medication or other productized offerings, fulfillment, shipping, laboratory services, and non-clinical administrative services. See the Billing Policy and Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
Where a program is recurring, you authorize automatic renewal and recurring charges at the disclosed interval until properly canceled. Cancellation affects future renewals and may not reverse services already provided or costs already incurred.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or platform, provide fraudulent information, interfere with systems, attempt unauthorized access, resell services, or use the service in violation of law.
